He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Campbell and Jean Campbell (Crawford). He is survived by: his wife Mary McIntosh-Campbell; his son Josh Campbell; his grandson Noah Campbell; his sisters, Sheila Estey (Dale), Jane Brown (David), Marcy Campbell (Ron McNabb) and Heather Goodine (Wade); and his family, Joseph and Hannah. He is also survived by his special friends, Josh Parish and his family.
