He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Calvin Sr. Griffith and Helena Griffith; his wife Heather Steeves; his stepchildren, Brian Steeves and Laura Surrett (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, Liam, Adrian and Shea; his uncle Ernest Griffith (June); his nephews, Robert McQuire (Candace) and Andrew McQuire (Emma); his niece BeeJay Humble (Julia); his great-niece Hope; and his sons, Devin and Charles. He was also cherished by several cousins, all his extended family and friends.
