He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Eastwick and Myrtle Eastwick (Coates); and his wife Marion Eastwick (MacKenzie). He is survived by: his brother Klein; his children, Nancy Colby (Tim) and Jason Eastwick (Lindsey); his girlfriend Anna Linkletter; his niece Tara Eastwick; and his grandchildren, Emily, Christopher, Jamison, Preslea, Parker, Tyler and Connor.
