He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Maillet and Marguerite Maillet (Guimond). He is survived by: his wife Aline Despres of Aldouane; his sons, Roger Jr. Maillet of Ontario and Mark Maillet of Ontario; and his siblings, Zelima Maillet of Moncton, Ramona Maillet Vautour (late Luc) of Cap-St, Diana Babineau (Pierre), Anne Maillet of Richibucto and Everard Maillet of Richibucto. He is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
