Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bertha Buhler of Winnipegosis, Manitoba, born in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, who passed away at the age of 81, on December 9, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram Bornn and Justina Bornn; her husband Bernhard "Ben" Buhler; her siblings, Catherine, David and Ed; and her parents-in-law, Susie, Peter Friesen, Agatha, John Andres, Lizzie, Frank Peters, Erna Buhler, Abe Buhler and Jake Wiebe.
She is survived by: her children, David (Jeanette), Jim (Hilda) and Marlene (Donald Maniel); her grandson Dyllan; her children-in-law, Hilda Roos, Donald Maniel, Dave and Jeanette Maniel; her granddaughter Belle of Winnipegosis; her brothers, Ben (Eileen Bornn) of Fork River and Will; and her siblings-in-law, Corny Bergen of Winnipegosis, Henry (Matilda Buhler) of Winnipegosis, Agnes Wiebe (Nettie) of Winnipegosis, Margaret Buhler of Winnipeg and Joan Bornn of Winnipeg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
Due to current pandemic restrictions, private services by invitation only will be held for Bertha from the Nordheim Mennonite Church in Winnipegosis.
