It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Douglas Buchannon (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Buchannon and Edna Gladys Buchannon (Barker); his wife Elizabeth Michelle Yallop (Shelly); his siblings, Ken, Jack, Don, Jim Buchannon and Barbara Wolfe; and his brothers-in-law, Arnold Wolfe and Winston Wilson.
He is survived by: his daughter Dallas Irene Buchannon; his granddaughter Layla Elizabeth of Vancouver; his daughter Dana Joanna Buchannon; his grandchildren, Colin Christopher, Austin Andrew and Emily Michelle of Stony Mountain, Manitoba; and his sister Janice Wilson.
