He is survived by: his wife Gwyn; his sons, Derek (Siobhan) and Donny (Jessica); his grandchildren, Caleb, Michael and Melody; and his brothers, Gib and Stan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
He also participated in initiatives for charity, such as restoring Gilbarco gas pumps for the Children's Rehabilitation Foundation.
