With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Rafnson (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Scott Rafnson; and her parents, Richard Wiess and Emilie Wiess. She is survived by: her children, Robin (Don), Rory (Aynsley), Randy (Susan) and Ronalee (David); her grandchildren, Allan, Kevin, Joel (Jenna), Amber (Evan), Emilie (Maddy), Erik (Samantha), Mary (Sean), Kristi (Morgan), Sarah (Tyler), Zachary and Caitlyn (Brock); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Leira, Jase, Jack, Jake, Brooks, Ulyana, Henry and Ripley; and her brothers, Len and Allan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Springs Church (725 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2J3X2).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Diabetes Foundation of Manitoba, or a charity of your choice.
