He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Proskie and Julia Proskie (Adamowsky); his brother Tony Proskie; and his brother-in-law Orland Zimmer. He is survived by: his sister Gladys Krepakevich; and his sons, Trevor Proskie (MacKenzie) and Christopher Proskie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
