She was predeceased by: her mother Nora (Roberts); her husband Ahab Spence; her siblings, Mary, Florence, Dorothy, Charlotte, Mabel, Grace, Edgar, Gordon, Allen, Leslie, Edmund and Clarence; her children, William, June and Byron; and her grandfather Spence.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Fontaine; her children-in-law, Claude Aubin, Wendy Murray and Barbara Bowes; and her family, Little Pine, Paynton, Wilkie, Battleford, Sioux Lookout and Regina. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (4000 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3).
