He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelm Schulz and Agatha Schulz; and his siblings, Frieda (Jake Wiebe), William (Helen), Herbert and Harry (Tina).
He is survived by: his wife Susan (Friesen); his children, Randal, Carla (Ken Riediger) and Ilana; his grandchildren, Eric (Lisa), Natalie (Thomas Dyck) and Mark; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Ivy, Jacob and Julia. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
They were inseparable until Covid.
In lieu of flowers and cards, donations can be made in his memory to Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home and The Mennonite Central Committee's Emergency Ukrainian Response or the Salvation Army Ukrainian Relief.
