It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Onofreychuk (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Gimli, Manitoba, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Aplonia; and his siblings, George, Martin and Edith Romanchuk.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Maes (Robert), Amanda Meads (Victor) and Peter Onofreychuk Jr. (Lynne); his grandchildren, Vincent, Erika, Keegan and Aidan; his great grandchildren, Duncan and Freya; and his brother Andrew (Maureen). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (4000 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3).
