It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Douglas Ligertwood of Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debra Ligertwood; his daughters, Kristen and Allison; his sister Cheryl (Brian); his siblings-in-law, Inez and Bert; his nieces and nephews, James, Clint, Chad, Chris, Dustin and Karen; his grandchildren, Olivia, Jax and Benjamin; and his parents, Gwendolyn and Douglas.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bardal Funeral Home Chapel (843 Sherbrook St, Winnipeg, MB R3A1M6). A reception was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bardal Lounge (843 Sherbrook St, Winnipeg, MB R3A1M6).
