He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Mary; his in-laws, Frank and Olga Woytowich; and his brother Mike Kowalchuk (Noreen).
He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Darren (Elizabeth), Ken (Victoria), Dave (Stacey) and Karen (Jeff); and his sisters, Pat Kowalchuk and Betty Pietkiewicz (Henry).
A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Cemetery (4355 Main St, West Saint Paul, MB R4A3A4).
