She was predeceased by: her father John Shaw; and her husband James Jamieson (Jim).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the In the Park (1291 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3T5Y4).

In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire, a gift in Muriel's memory can be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society, the Salvation Army, or the Biochemistry Scholarship created in Muriel's late husband's name, James Chilles Jamieson, at the University of Manitoba.
