She was predeceased by: her great grandchildren, Annabelle and Zachary Buchko; and her husband Frank. She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen Kot (Gerry) of Regina, Laura Friesen (Blaine) of Regina, Kerry Ottenbreit (Phil Symchych) of Regina and Sheila Ebbels (Bill) of New Jersey; her grandchildren, Jennifer Buchko (Jordan) of Regina, Erin Kot of Regina, Derek Friesen (Shayann) of Regina, Kristyn Unger (Dustin) of Regina, Anastasia Symchych of Regina, Julia Symchych of Vancouver, Kelly Ebbels (David Clarke) of New York, Lendon Ebbins (Dave) and Will Ebbels of New Jersey; her great grandchildren, Gabriella Buchko of Regina, Nevaeh Sauer of Regina, Lydia of Regina, Ellianna Friesen of Regina and Sam Ebbels of New York; and her sisters-in-law, Charlene Ottenbreit of Winnipeg, Mary Ottenbreit of Medicine Hat and Valerie Ottenbreit of Denver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Christ the King R. C. Parish (3239 Garnet St, Regina, SK S4S1X8). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maureen's name to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre or a charity of choice.
