She was predeceased by: her husband Mike; her parents, Onufrey Slashinsky and Francyna Slashinsky; and her siblings, Alex, Metro, Mike, Steve, Phillip, Anne and Tennie.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kelly (Jason), Tania (Jeff), Nadine, Taras (Melanie), Evania, Nik (Cara), Kendra (Jon), Rebekah, Jeremy Carrie (Erin) and Cory (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Matthew (Priscilla), Dylan (Rebecka), Joshua (Harleen), Brayden (Alyssa), Zakrey (Jessica), Simone, Mikhayla, Sarah, Maxym, Oksana, Emma, Hadlee, Curia and Sora; her great great grandchildren, Lucas, Reilly, Mila and Harper; and her brother Bill Slashinsky.
