She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dirk and Susan; and her parents, Fred Kaban and Ruth Kaban. She is survived by: her husband Juergen; her son Terry; and her sister Janice. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Wojcik's Funeral Chapel (1020 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2W 3R1).
