She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrea Papakostas and Paraskevi Papakostas; and her brother Laki. She is survived by: her husband David Spencer Inkster; her sons, Vasilios (Pamela) and Demetrios (Monique); her grandsons, Vasilios, Andreas, Nicholas (Morrigan), Noah (Lia), Rhys, Kyle, Paul and Adam; her great grandchildren, Jack, Lawrence and Grey; her brother Dimo; her sister-in-law Olga; her stepchildren, Geoff (Lacey), Christine (Ben) and Glen (Ashley); her grandchildren, Austin (Becca), Brooke, Ethan, Ashley, Shae (Josh) and Jaxon; and her great grandchildren, Primrose and Saffron.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Voyage Funeral Home (220 Hespeler Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2L0L4).
