It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Paiva Moreira Bras (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Antonio. She is survived by: her husband August; and her children, Tina Figueiredo (Manuel), Joe (Joanne), Eddie (Alice), Henry (Janine), Maria Moura (Tony), Beatrice Braga (Tony), Daniel (Nancy) and Leo. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
