She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Cook and Mervin Mallet; her grandparents, Alfred James Cook Sr. and Isabella Cook; her aunt Merna Guiboche; her uncles, Harry Cook, Alfred James Cook Jr. and Vernon Cook; and her siblings, Hank Williams, Wilma Williams and Martin Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Karen (Darrell Hudson), Clayton, Daniel (Margie Boulanger) and Dakota Contois; her grandchildren, Lyle, Danielle (Tyler Flett), Karlena, Jarrell, Jenelle, Desiree, Kayla (Eddie Kennedy), Marlon Fisher, Brandon Mini, Rhiana (Lenny Murdock), Shashoni, Shawna, Tristan and Dyani; and her friend Leonard Contois. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Cropo Funeral Chapel (1442 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2W3V7). A wake was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at the Brookside Cemetery (3001 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3H1B8).
