He is survived by: his wife Margaret Nickel; his children, Kenneth Hartig (Donna), Keri-Lisa Henry (Ken) and Kurtis Hartig (Lauren); his grandchildren, Felisha, Victoria (Brock), Hayden and Oliver; his sister Phyllis Van Haute (Roger); his brothers-in-law, Jacob Nickel (Marilyn) and Peter Nickel (Elfreda); and his nieces, Miriam and Rachel Nickel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
