He was predeceased by: his son Siegfried. He is survived by: his wife Helene; and his children, Wally Koslowsky (Ron), Edith Fast (Waldo), Art (Heather), Hardy and Hans. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Boniface Hospital Foundation directed to Palliative Care or the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
