She is survived by: her grandmother Elaine Worme; her mother Dawn Worme; her father-in-law Kevin Sinclair; her children, Nevaeh Worme, Adrianna Worme, Kelis Houle, Kyle Houle and Kyren Houle; and her siblings, Danice Worme, Trevor Sinclair and Gage Sinclair.
