Jacqueline Lisa Major Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Lisa Major (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda and Robert; her brother Joey; her grandparents, Fred, Doris Greene, Florence and Joseph Major; her aunts, Gloria, Fran and Mary Major; her uncle Norbert; and her close friend Judy Hunter (Lil Judy).
She is survived by: her children, Raymond, Gelisa, Anjolina (Jayden) and Emily (Brian); her grandchildren, Giavana (Peewee), Daken, Xaviourz and Eddison; her sisters, Cheri (Josie), Tandy (Carl) and Judy (Darryl Sr.); her nieces and nephews, Joni, Alicia (Allison), Dana (Jeremy), Darryl Jr. (Maddison), Devin, Dion, Roxanne and Steven (Jennifer); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylee, Liam, Elsie, Khali, Jeremy Jr., Jeremiah, Lily, Breanne, Shontay, Jesse, Summer-Dawn, Kree, Taryn, Isis (Icey) and Nicholas; and her significant other Richard Paul. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, all her family members and numerous friends.
A wake was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Green Acres Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the same location.
