With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Irene Holmes (Winnipeg, Manitoba), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Irene left this world on September 25, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Pidlubny and Eileen Pidlubny; her husband Robert Richard Holmes (Dick); and her daughter Elaine Carolyn Holmes (Holmes). She is survived by: her sister Marian Sutherland (Sutherland); her children, Robert (Jen), Allison Harder (Berni) and Michael (Melodie); her grandchildren, Valerie Smith (Matt) and Rob of Barb's Amanda Holmes; and her great grandchildren, Hope Pshebniki and Danielle Smith. She is also survived by extended family, and cousins.

Instead of flowers the family welcomes donations in Irene's name to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
