She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Demerais and Molly Demerais; her siblings, Patsy (Jimmy) and James'Buddy'; and her brothers-in-law, Tommy, Angus, Colin and Paul.

She is survived by: her husband Don; her sons, Don (Debbie), Darryl (Barbie), Calvin (Traci) and Owen (Colette); her grandchildren, Donald, John (Melissa), Isabelle (Matthew), Victoria, Chelsea, Jessica, Angela and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Emmett and Beau; and her sisters, Darlene, Judy and Tina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
