He was predeceased by: his wife Karen; and his parents, Pauline and Emil. He is survived by: his children, Amanda (Leonard), Jason and Jerry; and his sister Caroline Conway (Joseph). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
