With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Franz Georg Wachs (Winnipeg, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Katharina and Paul Wachs; his wife Paula; his parents-in-law, Elsa and Wilhelm Hauck; and his daughter-in-law Jill.
He is survived by: his sons, Arno (Joan) and George; his grandchildren, Michael (Rosa), Phillip, Paula and George; his great grandchildren, Mattias, Damian and Annika; and his sisters-in-law, Erika, Heidi and Anni.
