He is survived by: his children, Gary Hornung (Bonnie) and Darlene Kailer (Alfred); his grandson Mark Hornung (Allyson); his great grandchildren, Alexis and Cole; his grandchild Andrea Melnychuk (Ian); his great grandchildren, Kinley and Carson; his grandson Eric Hornung; and also, Barbara Zaporzan (Alan), Norbert Hansch and Ilse Hansch-Pflug.
