He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Slivinski and Nicholas Slivinski; his wife Florence; his siblings, William, Genevieve, Caroline and Angela; his grandson Corey Habiluk; and his daughters, Catherine Nizio and Teresa Habiluk.
He is survived by: his children, Marguerite Grela (Don), Pat Sheppard (Neil), Ken Slivinski (Liz), Mark Slivinski (Angela) and Jacqueline Chevis (James); and his sons-in-law, Ed Nizio and Patrick Habiluk. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
