He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Jeff, Donna Thiessen, Joanne, Myron Thiessen Martens, Jennifer Thiessen and Ben Reimer; his grandchildren, Michael, Derek, Sara Thiessen, Anna and Jonas Martens; and his siblings, Anne Toews, Cathy Epp, Susan Thiessen, MaryAnn (Herman Hartzler), Hank (Sally Thiessen), David (Audrey Thiessen) and Ed (Liz Thiessen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
