He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard Côté and Eleonore Côté (Stepfather Gerard Gauthier); his siblings, Robert Côté, Evelyn (Larry Friesen) and Louise Bredo; his parents-in-law, David and Zepherine L'Heureux; and his siblings-in-law, Beatrice L'Heureux, Alice Lapointe, Robert Tetrault, Ray Lapointe and George L'Heureux.
He is survived by: his wife Lucienne; his sons, Marcel (Shelley), Guy (Heather) and Robert (Lori); his stepchild Jacquie (Hervé Cecchi); his grandchildren, Ashley, Alyssa, Chloe, Jordan, Jocelynn, Matthew, Chantelle, Janelle, Shaylene and Matteo; his great grandchildren, Zepherin, Desmond, Emmett, Lydia, Oliver, Benson, Stevie-Jay, Collins and Zola; his sister Yolande Hofsiss (Bill); his in-laws, Aurele L'Heureux, Helene Tetrault-Catellier, Yvonne L'Heureux and Hans Bredo; and his friends, René Maynard, Gilbert Bourgeois, Guy Patenaude and Roger Gobeil. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St Timothy's Roman Catholic Parish (135 John Forsyth Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2N1R3).
