He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel and Henry; and his siblings, Lloyd (Rose), Lois (Mike) and Fern (Ray).

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Massey; his children, Sandy (Alan), Scott (Laura) and Kristine (Jeff); his grandchildren, Amber (Nik), Craig, Darcy (Alyssa) and Brandon (Tarah); and his great grandchildren, Madeline and Mia.
