Cynthia Filimowski Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Filimowski (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on December 10, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cynthia Filimowski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Karol. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Melissa) and Lisa (Dale). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
COVID-19 has forced us to postpone the celebration of Cynthia's life until later in 2021 it will be great to see family and friends get together again over a glass of sherry (or red wine) to share their warm memories of Mum. We would like to thank the amazing nurses and support staff on MP2 at Misericordia Place for being Mum's surrogate family when the pandemic closed the doors to all these facilities.
We would ask that in lieu of flowers, please send donations in Cynthia's memory to the Misericordia Health Centre Foundation, 99 Cornish Ave. Winnipeg, MB R3C 1A2 so that they can continue the wonderful care they offer their residents.
