He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frederick Zebrasky and Audrey Richard; his uncle Harvey Popien; his cousin John John Richard; his grandparents, Howard and Doris Starr; his uncle Freddie Starr; and his cousins, Mandy and Renata Beaulieu.
He is survived by: his son Clay Starr Jr.; his fiancée Judith McIvor; his babies, Sherise, Shayne and Shenoah; his parents, Mervin Starr and Sylvia Starr; and his siblings, Rebecca and Mervin Jr. Emma (Brittany). He is also survived by aunties, uncles, cousins, friends and nieces and nephews.
A wake was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Sandy Bay Community Complex. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sandy Bay Community Complex (Sandy Bay Community Complex).
