Claude Ruest Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Ruest (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Claude leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Rose-Lynn; his children, Andre and Christine (Richard); his grandchildren, Thomas and Nathan; his siblings, Marc (Angele) and Michelle (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Marcel (Nicole), Denis (Joyce) and Marie (Art). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Coutu Funeral Home (680 Archibald St, Winnipeg, MB R2J0Y4).
Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.
