She was predeceased by: her husband Wilfrid. She is survived by: her children, Henriette Lemieux (Romeo) of Winnipeg, MB, Tom Raine (Leslie) of Winnipeg, MB, Richard Raine (Ethel) of Somerset, MB and Annette Harvey (Lewis) of Winnipeg, MB; her sister Lorraine Riddell of Carmen, MB; her sisters-in-law, Lois Holditch of Boissevain, MB and Hazel Raine of Moose Jaw, SK; and also, Steve and Lisa LeBlanc of Calgary, AB. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the pandemic restrictions, funeral services will be held at a later date in Somerset, MB.
Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Cécile's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2 or to a charity of choice.
