He was predeceased by: his father Ross Smith. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Smith; his siblings, Brad Smith (Karen), Larry Smith (Jill), David Kinnear and Connie Bagrie (John); his nieces, Megan, Kayla, Amy, Emily and Tori; and his nephew Kyle.
