He is survived by: his wife Reta; his children, Grant (Teresa) and Onalee (Jon); his grandchildren, Erikson (Jess), Garret (Gillian), Sara and Michael; and also Michael.

He went through a long suffering with Parkinson's which he gallantly fought till the end.
