He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Sveinson (Kathy Grenkow) and Melanie Caldwell (Kevin Neubauer); his grandparents, Ben Sveinson, Millie Sveinson, Robert Fabbri, Donna Fabbri, Ralph Caldwell and Dorothy Caldwell; his siblings, Steffan, Bret, Vincent, Taylor and Chloe; his stepsisters, Sarah, Jessica and Katelyn; his friend Kam Nault; his aunt Bonnie Ambrose; his uncle Wayne Sveinson; and also Austin Sveinson.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Sports Concussion Research Fund in his honour.
