We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2024, at the age of 95, Barbara Mary Matthew (Winnipeg, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Barbara is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Barbara's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McDill and Nora McDill; her brother John Francis; her daughter Shawn Marie; and her siblings-in-law, Matthew (Ruth), Donna McDill and Helen Alm.
She is survived by: her husband Len; her brother Don; and her sons, Chris (Darla) and Greg. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
