He was predeceased by: his mother Helena Funk. He is survived by: his wife Anna (Anneke); his children, Jennifer and Eric; his sister Katharina Krebs (Ken); his brother-in-law Melgert Dekker (Gudrun); his nieces, Caroline and Tina Krebs; and his aunt Katie Berg.
