He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tulloch and Evelyn Tulloch; and his siblings, Ralph, Jackie, Gordon, Alice and George.
He is survived by: his sister Hazel; and his brother-in-law Glenn Matchett (Eleanor). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Churchill Park United Church (525 Beresford Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3L1J4).
