He was predeceased by: his parents, Bronislaw Romanchuk and Pearl Romanchuk; his friend John Kohut; his wife Sylvia Nazar; and his niece Brenda.

He is survived by: his children, Kathy, Dan (Amy) and Susan (Jason); his grandchildren, Jadianne, Josh and Jackson; his niece Carolyn; his nephew Michael; his brother Lawrence (Anne); his son Brian; and his grandchildren, Robyn Drysdale, Olivia Romanchuk, Garrett Graham and Chris Chomiak.

Memorials or donations may be made in Adam's name to the Alzheiemr's Society of Manitoba.
