We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2025, at the age of 91, Ursula Poetker of Winkler, Manitoba passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinrich Penner and Maria Penner; her sister Katie Sudermann; and her brothers-in-law, John Epp, Jacob Sudermann, Jacob Bergen and Kurt Lebtag.

She is survived by: her children, Ray (Linda), Elvina Peters (Eric), Nelson and Robert; her grandchildren, Nikki and Jay O'Conner; her children, Amanda, Wayne Koop, Jared, Rachel Poetker, Jason, Lisa Peters, Kristen, Steve Buse, Mitch and Kristina Peters; her great grandchildren, Alex, Carrie, Sabrina O'Connor, Carter, Aaron, Levi Koop, Molly Poetker, Zachary, Callie, Lucas Peters, Jayden, Zoe Buse and Nathan Peters; and her sisters, Helen Epp, Mary Lebtag and Anne Kroeker (Peter).

Viewing was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home - Winkler (121 8 St, Winkler, MB R6W0M1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Chapel - Morden (1050 Thornhill St, Morden, MB R6M1J9).
