It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Derksen of Winkler, Manitoba, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Derksen and Helena Derksen; and her brothers, John and David. She is survived by: her siblings, Jake, Helen and Tina; her children, James and Joanne; her grandchildren, Chandler, Brianna and Nolan; and her husband Henry Hiebert.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home - Winkler (121 8 St, Winkler, MB R6W0M1). A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Westridge Memorial Gardens (1900 Pembina Ave W, Plum Coulee, MB R0G1R0). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church (252 6 St, Winkler, MB R6W4B2).
