She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Schmitt and Helena Schmitt. She is survived by: her husband Abram; and her children, John, Cornie (Eva), Abe, Lena (Willie), Maria (Ethan) and Sara (David). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home - Winkler (121 8 St, Winkler, MB R6W0M1). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reinland Mennonite Church - Winkler (200 Redhawk Trail, Winkler, MB R0G0C5).
