He is survived by: his wife Esther; his grandchildren, Clinton, Lynne (Wes) and Lorretta; his children, Michael Voth and Angela Bergmann; his son-in-law Mike; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua, Andrew, Natalee and Wyatt.
