He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Amanda, Eric, Amy, Karlton and Jillian; and his grandchildren, Kate, Brook, Peyton, Liam, Koen, Finley and Kacey. He is also survived by one mother-in-law, eight siblings, numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
